Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s
Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an Agile environment.
Proven experience managing API-related projects.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.
Experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong understanding of API design, development, and integration.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of API solutions.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in API technologies.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage API-related projects from inception to completion.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using appropriate tools.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Motivate and manage team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Identify and resolve team conflicts and roadblocks
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Nice to have
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) preferred.
PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
