Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive loyalty digital product strategy aligned with our company's vision and objectives.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to drive product innovation and differentiation.
• Champion a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product and technology teams.
• Explore emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain, to enhance loyalty program capabilities and offerings.
• Steer initiatives to enhance the digital user experience for our loyalty program members across web and mobile platforms.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of proven success in loyalty product management and technology leadership roles.
• Experience in agile development methodologies, software architecture, and cloud computing platforms.
• Degree qualified in a relevant field.
