Job Title: Patient Safety Risk Management Officer
At Aman Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled Patient Safety Risk Management Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, investigating safety incidents, and identifying trends to prevent future occurrences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Qatar MOPH and Joint Commission International standards
• Investigate and manage safety incidents, assessing trends and escalating concerns
• Build strong relationships with healthcare leaders and front-line staff
• Conduct in-depth investigations and utilize proactive risk assessment tools
• Identify deviations in care standards and escalate significant events
• Participate in and contribute to patient safety initiatives and program development
Requirements:
• Experience in risk management and patient safety
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
