Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain operational standards and efficiency, minimizing operational risk and ensuring compliance with Central bank and internal guidelines.
• Process vouchers, cheques, and other financial transactions in accordance with FIM and Cash Handling Procedures.
• Manage branch ATM operations, including registration and delivery of credit cards, debit cards, and PINs.
• Balance and reconcile accounts, detecting and preventing financial losses.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
