About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs and ensuring the smooth execution of our remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate training programs for our remote workforce, including scheduling, logistics, and communication
• Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accessible to team members
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our team members and clients
• Maintain accurate records and reports of training activities and outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions
Requirements
• High-speed internet connection with good working connection
• Home desktop/laptop or smartphone with functioning camera and microphone
• Quiet workspace with minimal distractions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills and typing abilities, including email response and data entry
• Experience in administrative duties, customer service, or data entry an asset
