Digital Transformation Specialist
Our client, a leading energy business in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist to join their IT team. This role will play a key part in shaping the company's tech future.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a technology strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
• Design and implement a roadmap for use case development, prototyping, testing, deployment, and monitoring of new technology solutions.
• Assess the current state of the company's internal capabilities and future state.
• Lead the development of the digital business strategy and roadmap, ensuring its integration with the enterprise strategic planning process.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the point of contact for the business for oversight of all digital initiatives and transformation projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• 15+ years of business experience, ideally in business management or IT management, with some independent P&L responsibilities.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs.
• Experience in innovating business models and developing new channels, business models, or business transformation.
• Strategy and management consulting experience is desirable.
• A deep understanding of the evolving digital world on both the demand side and the supply side.
