The Marketing Consultant embodies the Patch Values as they collaborate with the Client Success Manager and B2C Marketing teams across a wide region of clients to conduct marketing performance evaluations and respond to consultation requests.

Qualifications:
• Accomplish or exceed sales goals for all business types (traditional, new, and digital) and company-wide initiatives, and plan for success.
• Recognize the clients' advertising strategy and company goals, and look for ways to assist them in achieving their goals through efficient advertising.
• Incorporate overall branding and creativity into the campaign solutions you build and implement to ensure that the campaign's execution lives up to the client's expectations.
• Make sure Product Delivery has all the marketing materials they need to comply with state advertising filing requests by creating and preparing the appropriate paperwork.
• Serve as a liaison between our compliance and legal, underwriting, and account management teams to bolster materials while ensuring standards are met.
• Get advice on how to use an affinity/association lens when consulting on different strategic initiatives.
• In order to achieve your business objectives, you should seek out companies who are growing, relocating, or adding to their workforce.
• Always be on the lookout for ways to enhance our processes and provide input to further enhance operational efficiencies.
• performs in-depth marketing assessments of a range of mediums, such as but not limited to email, online and print media, mobile apps, and social media.
• Schedule regular meetings with key stakeholders to discuss best practices and actively propose new, creative solutions to problems.
Skills:
• Extensive experience managing multiple projects at once and finishing them all on schedule.
• highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. In-depth familiarity with Word and Excel
• Self-motivated individual capable of analyzing situations and coming up with creative solutions. The ability to work with minimal guidance from higher-ups.
• Preferably, you have three or more years of experience in marketing or compliance for the financial services sector.
• A bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant work experience in marketing, compliance, or a related field are expected
