Notice of Funding Opportunity
The USAID Kosovo e-Governance Activity-KeG, implemented by Chemonics International, is seeking concept papers primarily from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and other eligible organizations legally registered in Kosovo on important topics of digital services, including improved access and promotion of digital services for women, youth, minorities, underserved populations, individuals with disabilities and other venerable groups. The grants will be awarded and implemented in accordance with USAID and US Government regulations governing grants under contracts and Chemonics internal grant management policies. Kosovo e-Governance Activity anticipates awarding approximately 80,000€ with a range from between 5,000€ – 50,000€. The duration of each grant under this solicitation is expected to be no more than one year. The estimated start date of grants awarded under this solicitation is July/August 2024 for the first round, which will continue until the end of this APS on November 30, 2024.
Chemonics realizes that Offerors may have additional questions after reading this APS, covering all potential aspects of the potential concept papers, including technical, management, financial proposal issues. All questions or clarifications regarding this APS must be in writing and submitted to grants@egovkosovo.org , during all periods of this APS, before the deadlines you would like to consider for your submissions
