As a Senior Consultant in one of Cognizant’s most strategically important and fastest-growing practice, you will bring leadership, passion, energy, strong communication skills and intellect, working collaboratively in agile environments with subject matter experts, technologists, creative teams and business stakeholders to support our clients on their digital transformation journey to become data and insights driven.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consulting engagements associated with data and analytics projects.
Roles will vary widely, but will typically involve elements of team leadership, business analysis, requirements definition, analytics storytelling, creation of technical and/or business design documents, product management, agile development and facilitation of workshops
• Work as part of a team (and potentially lead work streams in large projects) to deliver data & analytics strategy projects, including current state assessments, high-level solution design and roadmap development
• Work on proposals and engage with customer pre-sales activities
• Support community leaders in development of offerings and artefacts
• Participate in continuous learning and development activities to maintain ‘leading edge’ skills relevant to our clients

Experience and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience working in data consulting (or equivalent) assignments (within business-led, IT-enabled, program environments)
• Experience in designing BI, analytics and data related solutions
• Experience in leading and facilitating business workshops
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong business and requirements analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels from both business and IT
• Good understanding of data-related disciplines (e.g. data governance, MDM, data modeling, data integration, etc.)
• Good understanding (but not necessarily hands-on) of the capabilities of leading enterprise BI and visualization tool (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, MicroStrategy, etc.)
• Good understanding of data science, AI, ML concepts
• Experience of working in agile development environments (e.g. Product Manager or Scrum Master role)
• Intermediate knowledge of common data platform (relational, Hadoop, NoSQL, Graph) and cloud platform architectures
• Foundational level understanding of data privacy and regulatory frameworks
• Willingness to travel and work at locations within Benelux
• Speak English fluently (Dutch is a plus)
