Power Platform Solutions Architect
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Power Platform Solutions Architect to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving automation and efficiency across various business units and IT functions by leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with process automation, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to automate and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with business units and IT teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective automation solutions.
• Create and manage Power Apps applications that meet the specific needs of different business units.
• Develop Power Automate workflows to automate repetitive tasks, data integrations, and notifications.
• Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Implement Power Virtual Agents to develop chatbots that assist with common tasks and customer interactions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Power Platform solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest features and updates to the Microsoft Power Platform, and recommend improvements or new tools as needed.
• Work closely with IT security teams to ensure all solutions are secure and compliant with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
• Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow design.
• Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and analytics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or Azure, is a plus
