We are working on a compelling opportunity for bright, ambitious England & Wales qualified barristers or solicitors (ideally with advocacy experience) to join a leading disputes practice in the BVI. It is envisaged the ideal applicants will have circa 3-6yrs post qualification experience gained at a recognised onshore or offshore law firm or highly rated commercial chambers.
Managing a wide range of international commercial disputes and in particular, insolvency, trust, fraud and regulatory litigation, the team offers their clients - spanning insolvency practitioners, onshore law firms, financial institutions and corporate and commercial clients throughout the world - commercially effective and efficient solutions, quickly getting to grips with the most complex and challenging cases in the Caribbean,
