1. Compensation and Benefits (C&B):
- Calculate monthly payroll, personal income tax, allowances, and bonuses according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of timesheets, staff leave, sick leave, and absences.
- Oversee the staff database, including drafting and renewing labor contracts, promotion letters, and salary review letters.
- Assist HR managers with annual salary reviews, performance evaluations, and promotion programs.
- Support the HR manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
- Maintain staff contracts and support HR in salary reviews and budgeting.
2. General Administration:
- Manage visa and work permit applications and support immigration processes for staff.
- Organize team-building events, volunteer activities, year-end parties, and health check-ups.
- Conduct annual reviews of company regulations and perform other assigned tasks.
3. Recruitment and Training:
- Support recruitment strategies and manage the hiring process.
Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviewing, and offering.
