Your role & responsibilities
• Participate in the development and maintenance of mobile applications and other software.
• Work closely with managers and colleagues closely to constantly renew app functionality and design.
• As key person to build all stages of Agile/Scrum product development life cycle.
• Troubleshoot UI/UX issues, debug, give suggestions for improvement and optimize performance.
• Assist in other teams as needed.
• Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions.
• Implement/lead task lists, and estimate delivery assignments as functional specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Other duties as assigned in support of the organization.
Your skills & qualifications
• University Graduate, major: IT
• Mobile Developer with 3+ years of experience (React native, iOS, Android).
• Experience from 2+ years as a Leader, size team from 4 members.
• Good mindset, open mind, enjoy sharing and love to create products.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Self-motivated and proactive to tackle complex issues.
• Knowledge about Animation in React Native.
• Experience with Scene navigation, Redux and others.
• Experience with building apps for Google Play, App Store and App version control.
• Experience with caching, memory management, concurrency (thread, message queue) Restful API, Push notification.
• Experience in app deployment using Code Push, Sentry.
• Experience in working with Firebase, GA4, Facebook.
• Experience in working with NodeJS/NextJS, MongoDB, MYSQL.
• Experience in working with Git, Docker, CI/CD, Redis.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Agile methodology (working in Scrum) using Jira.
• Good reading and written English skills.
Big plus:
• Experienced in eCommerce, Social Network Applications.
• Experience in Server, Cloud, VPS...
• Good at analyzing requirements and estimation.
• Ability to produce results within specified time frames.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Product-oriented mindset.
