Description
1. Develop AI rule generator and QC pattern generator for complex design rule.
2. Automation for Design Rule Quality Check flow by python.
3. Automation for Design Rule Quality Check flow by excel VBA.
4. Advance technology and design co-optimization for manufacturing & PPAC.
Qualifications
1. MS/PHD. in Computer Science and Information Engineering/Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, or the related engineering/semiconductor discipline.
2. High logistic thinking, painstaking.
3. DRC deck coding capability will be better.
4. Excel VBA coding capability.
5. C++/Python/Perl coding capability.
6. Natural Language Processing(NLP) experience.
7. Machine learning/Deep learning experience.
8. The knowledge of design rule, semiconductor physics and device physics
