Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Job Description:
• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and views across social media channels
• Create and implement social media campaigns across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to align with business goals
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and shareable content for social media channels
• Implement strategies to grow and diversify the online community
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns
• Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and target audience segments for maximum effectiveness
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to keep our strategies ahead of the curve

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven experience with 3-5 years in social media marketing and strategy; ideally with agency background
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing effective social media campaigns
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Emplifi, Talkwalker, Facebook Ads Manager) and Google Workspace for data analysis and reporting
