Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): At least 5 years work experience in accounting systems, tax issues, etc. Must be a CPA., Analytical and systematic, With leadership skills.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
With Regard Accounting
Supervises, monitor and evaluate day-to-day Accounting transactions, checks the validity to make sure that only authorized transactions are recorded in the books. To ensure that the records are in accordance with sound accounting principle and adequate internal control.
To initiate correction whenever erroneous recordings or unauthorized transactions detected in the books of accounts.
Initiates, releases and monitors guidelines as applicable.
Handles the design and implementation as applicable, as well as maintenance of accounting systems.
With Regard Reports
Prepares, analyses and interprets financial results for utilization by management in the decision making process by regularly producing financial reports;
Prepares and File external reports required by governmental regulatory bodies, shareholders, financial institutions, customers and other constituents.
With Regard Planning And Control
Assists in establishing and maintaining an integrated plan of operation with appropriate system and procedures;
Assists in developing and revising standards which will be used to evaluate or measure performance.
Assists in providing guidance to management in ensuring conformance of actual results to given standards.
Handles other functions such as tax management, maintenance of relations with internal and external auditors and development of system and procedures.
Ensure that the department's Key Performance Indicators are achieved and periodically monitored.
