Experience Required: 1–3 years
Position Overview:
The individual in this role will provide ticketing and related services to clients of several international airlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell airline tickets and services on behalf of the airline (GSA).
Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person at the office.
Book and calculate the costs of flights and services.
Issue airline tickets and EMDs.
Make changes to existing bookings, process replacements, and refunds of travel documents.
Sell ancillary services and programs.
Operate a virtual cash register and maintain daily reports.
Inform, advise, and provide service to clients in accordance with airline requirements and standards.
Requirements:
Upper Intermediate level of English or higher.
Higher education.
Strong communication skills.
Courtesy, punctuality, client-oriented approach, and loyalty.
Proficient in PC usage.
Experience in an airline or travel agency.
Knowledge of GDS Amadeus; familiarity with other systems is a plus.
