You’ll gain a tremendous depth of expertise in all aspects of human capital, including creating sustainable value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations.We are searching for HR Compliance Associate, who will join the team responsible for provision of HR compliance services to external clients.

Role and responsibilities:
• Ongoing support of the clients with preparation of HR documents on onboarding / offboarding / all employees’ lifecycle events (orders, additional agreements, employment contracts, timesheets, etc.);
• Posting, modifying and deleting personnel records in 1C 3.1. software;
• Assist with research on HR compliance related matters and preparation of consultations;
• Monitor the changes in legislation for any labour related matters, preparation of alerts for further distribution to our clients;
• Follow the workflow and processes agreed for provision of HR Compliance services.

Knowledge and skills required:
• Bachelor’s degree;
• At least intermediate level of English;
• Intermediate Kazakh language would be an advantage;
• Experience on a similar position of minimum 1 year;
• Basic understanding of the RoK Labour Code and regulatory legal acts of RoK;
• Quick learner, multi-tasking, excellent communication skills, team player;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Basic knowledge of 1C ZUP 3.1. is preferred but not required
