About the position:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead.

Key functions:
• Budgeting for marketing periods, analytics of efficiency of use after each promotion.
• Ensuring the operational work of the marketing department, setting tasks, monitoring execution, adjustments
• Planning marketing strategy and interaction with major brands, conducting, monitoring and analyzing effectiveness.
• Negotiating collaborations and co-marketing with partners on an ongoing basis to develop CRM and iSpace awareness
• Negotiating collaborations with banks and payment systems: communication, coordination of marketing collaborations, launch control, post-analysis of effectiveness.
• Monitoring the launch of marketing communications as part of promotional activities and quarterly focuses
• Participation in the development of a strategy for promoting the company, products, services;
• Analysis of the market, competitors using secondary sources and determining directions for the company’s development
• Drawing up a strategy, plan and activities to increase traffic in the iSpace retail network, analysis on a weekly basis, interaction with heads of other departments
• Marketing department management
• Develop short- and long-term strategies for promoting the brands Apple, Bang & Olufsen and others. Create content plans. Select effective tools to increase the number of leads based on the brand's goals in the market. And also control different traffic channels (SMM, targeting, direct marketing, offline channels, etc.), manage the budget and evaluate efficiency.

Qualifications and skills:
• Higher education or MBA;
• At least 3 years of experience as a team leader or manager;
• 7+ years of experience in marketing;
• Understanding the basics of digital marketing;
• Understanding of customer behavior and knowledge of marketing analytics;
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns;
• Experience in marketing budget planning;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects;
• Creative and imaginative approach to tasks
