Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and CMMS Engineer (Electrical) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of electrical equipment, ensuring smooth and reliable operations across the facility. You will also be tasked with optimizing the layout and critical operational systems, ensuring efficient performance, and implementing utility plans. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and reviewing operational and maintenance procedures for electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Optimize the facility’s layout and oversee the maintenance of critical operational systems.
• Prepare and review operating and maintenance procedures related to electrical systems and equipment.
• Develop and implement utility plans for the efficient operation of the facility.
• Conduct system evaluations to assess performance and ensure operational efficiency.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and manage maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and building codes.

Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving support for electrical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve facility operations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a facilities maintenance or similar role.
• Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking and managing maintenance tasks.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of building processes and construction principles.
• Understanding of relevant regulations and building codes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian.
