Join us as a Data Research & Operations Intern and gain invaluable experience working with data that drives our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive market research to gather relevant data on talent acquisition trends, candidate profiles, and competitor landscape
• Assist in data entry, management, and cleaning to ensure data integrity in our databases
• Support the operations team in analyzing data for insights that improve recruitment processes and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with various teams to help develop operational strategies based on gathered insights
• Create visual reports and presentations to communicate research findings and operational metrics
• Document processes and maintain accurate records of research methodologies and results
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g Excel, Google Sheets) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
