Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end operational processes for marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any operational issues during campaign execution.
• Manage campaign timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with the Campaign & CRM Analyst to implement segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Previous experience in campaign operations or a similar role.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
