Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Command Center Team Leader at Jababeka-Infra in Jakarta. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations of the command center, including monitoring and coordinating activities, ensuring timely responses to incidents, and managing team performance. The role involves leading a team to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
• Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-making skills
• Experience in monitoring and coordinating activities
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant command center software
• Background in industrial security or related field is a plus
Requirements
• D3/S1 Information System/Data Analyst
• Understand about CCTV Surveillance and Drone
• Good team leader and proficient in communication skill
