About The Role
VP of Brand and Business at Tentang Anak is a critical role responsible for ensuring the growth and sustainability of Tentang Anak Products. This role involves overseeing all business processes end-to-end, with a focus on branding, strategic planning, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and brand development from scratch.
Job Responsibilities:
• P&L Analysis: Manage and analyze P&L statements to ensure profitability and financial health of the product line
• Strategic Development: Lead the creation of comprehensive business strategies that drive growth and profitability. This includes identifying long-term objectives, market opportunities, and competitive positioning
• Branding Strategy: Develop comprehensive brand strategies that encompass brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the marketplace
• Execution Excellent: Develop detailed action plans and roadmaps to implement strategic initiatives. Ensure alignment with overall company goals and monitor progress toward milestones.
• Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation to support strategic priorities. This includes budgeting, staffing, and investment decisions to maximize ROI and business impact.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish clear and measurable Objectives and Key Results to track performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance and customer satisfaction
• Team Development: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team to ensure continuous improvement and create high-quality output
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in business development, brand building, strategic development
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing mid to large numbers of teams
• Literacy in financial acumen with experience in managing P&L statements.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
• Comfortable and adapt to working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving, analytic, and decision-making skills.
• Strong business acumen, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and adaptability, energetic and result-oriented
• Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members
