About the Department

Job Responsibilities
• Memastikan pencapaian target pribadi termasuk NTB, Funding (CASA & FD), Deposit Mix, Insurance (APE) & Wealth Revenue.
• Memiliki rencana penjualan harian 2 arah.
• Hadir dalam pembekalan SOD & EOD harian yang dilakukan oleh BM / Funding Team Head / Wealth Banking Head.
• Memberikan laporan harian tepat waktu kepada BM / Funding Team Head.
• Pastikan praktik penjualan sesuai dengan SOP, SLA, dan peraturan apapun yang berlaku.
• Memastikan kepatuhan dengan proses Customer Due Diligence (CDD) sesuai dengan Kebijakan APU-PPT, Pedoman, dan aturan transaksi yang adil.
• Menjalankan sales discipline/operating rhythm harian yang diterapkan oleh Wealth Banking Head, guna meningkatkan produktifitas dan pencapaian target bisnis serta balance of business.

Job Requirements
• Mampu berkembang di lingkungan yang serba cepat dengan semangat
• Mampu bekerja dengan pengawasan yang minimal
• Keterampilan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang kuat dikombinasikan dengan dorongan dan inisiatif
• Min. Gelar Sarjana dari Universitas terkemuka atau setara
• Lulusan baru dipersilakan untuk melamar
