TOWN CLERK’S DEPARTMENT

The following Vacancies have arisen within the City of Bulawayo:

PROCUREMENT CLERK – GRADE 5

Main Responsibilities/ Job Summary

Processes records of contracts documents.

Receives and distributes procurement related correspondence.

Opens tender boxes.

Compiles procurement canvases.

Distributes orders to prospective suppliers.

Captures issued purchase orders.

Qualifications Requirements

A certificate in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent.

5 ‘O’ Levels Subjects including English Language and Maths/Accounts.

Experience

At least 1 year’ experience in a similar environment.
