Overview
Holy Family Mission Hospital (HFMH) is under Christian Health Association of Malawi (CHAM) under the Archdiocese of Blantyre of the Roman Catholic Church. It is situated in the south eastern part of Malawi, in the north of Mulanje Mountain in Phalombe district. It was founded in 1960 by the Medical Mission Sisters of Holland now is run by Capuchin Sisters, is inviting applications for suitably qualified persons to fill the vacant position below:
JOB TITLE: SENIOR NURSING SISTER

LOCATION: HOLY FAMILY MISSION HOSPITAL
JOB SUMMARY
The holder of the position will be reporting to The Head of Nursing Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaising with other hospital sections to ensure that patients receive appropriate treatment
Reviewing patients previously treated and analyzing outcomes
Monitoring all resources used for patient care
Supervising recording of data in relevant register
Supervising the analysis of information and their dissemination to all relevant stakeholders including submission of weekly reports to the designated officer
Any other duties that may be deem reasonable for the post.
Qualifications
A Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery obtained from a recognized training institution and must be registered with the relevant professional body plus certificate in Nursing/Midwifery.
