INA’S View Farm is a small but rapidly expanding agricultural company.
Applications are invited for suitably qualified, experienced individuals for the following post:
POST: Human Resource Manager(1)
JOB TYPE: Permanent
SALARY: Excellent
LOCATION: Mzimba
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing company staff including coordinating, supporting, recruitment process
• On boarding newcomers to the company
• Determining suitable salaries and remuneration
• Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
• Managing succession planning of staff
• Assisting with the performance management and review process.
PERSONAL SKILLS
• Strong HR management, change management and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and knowledge management skills, versatility and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication (oral and written), conflict resolution and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work as team member and execute successful leadership skills for Coaching and developing employees.
EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 years experience in similar or related position.
