Détails de l'annonce Poste proposé : Regional Technical ManagerPosition Title: Regional Technical ManagerDepartment: OSCO AfricaLocation: Abidjan Zone 4About The RoleThe OSCO Regional Technical Manager leads the overall OSCO Regional technical performance in supporting the sites in the technical fields of utilities, maintenance, engineering and process engineering.Key Responsabilities P ush/create projects to reduce the energy costs (good use and technology).Share best practices across the regionGet and share the knowledge of the cooling equipment / boiler / compressed air / water treatmentStandardization of maintenance procedures (planning & resources) in coordination with suppliers/plantsEstimate the need of having (or not) maintenance contracts with suppliersImplement correct project management according to the available tools in PMO.
Integrating local, regional and corporate project strategies aligning expectations and plans with all stakeholdersImprovement of Process control and automation systemsRoaster throughput optimizationDevelop actual available talents and search for new talents to supply the need for talents in the region to support growth and regional strategies in place. Profil recherché pour le poste : Regional Technical Manager Master degree in Engineering or similarMinimum 10 years of experience in leading major technical projects in Maintenance and Engineering, preferably in the food industries.Master all elements of change management, including requirements, structures and implementation barriers at corporate organizational levelsKnowledgeable in MS Office SuiteGood knowledge in PMO toolsGood understanding of Lean toolsFluent in English/French LanguageExcellent global stakeholder management requirementExcellent communication skillsLeadership skills
