Kora is a subsidiary of Mitrelli Group. We are a developer of large construction projects in Angola and Senegal related to Housing, Social Equipment’s and Infrastructures. Currently we´re looking to hire a PMO to join our Project Management team in Luanda.Responsibilities:Lead all project development process since design until contractor selection and contract signature.General Project Design Coordination.Procurement and Contract Formulation.Direct and coordinate contracting process, including tender preparation, launching, offer analysis, negotiation and winner indication.Contract Management Support.Advise, support and control the implementation of the company project management policies.Track, control and monitor projects performance, alerting for possible deviations and proposing actions to overcome.
