• *Gopuff Retail Operations Team Member**

At Gopuff, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our Retail Operations team in Valencia as Part Time Key Holders. This role is responsible for assisting in opening and closing the store, as well as performing duties in the absence of management.
• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers.
• Assist in periods of high volume and provide support for new employees.
• Know in-house products to provide customers with recommendations.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and minimize loss.
• *Requirements:**
• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules and be available during peak hours of operation.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.
• *Note:** Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. Valencia, CA: $17.65. Pay may vary depending on your location
