About the Role
In this exciting position at Voli_Agency LTD, you'll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and leadership stakeholders to integrate APIs seamlessly. As a Customer Engineer, you'll not only guide customers through the integration process but also act as their technical advocate throughout their journey. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Designing and implementing technical solutions using the API based on customer needs.
• Advising customers on product architecture and best practices for API usage.
• Providing ongoing technical support, including debugging and issue resolution.
• Proactively identifying and implementing fixes and improvements in the Enode codebase.
• Championing new products and features based on customer feedback.
• Driving internal projects to enhance the customer experience.
About You
We're looking for a highly skilled professional with 2+ years of relevant experience in customer engineering or user-oriented software engineering. You should be proficient in managing technical client relationships and diving into codebases. Experience in managing complex software projects with internal and external stakeholders is also essential. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts effectively. Agile and adaptable, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment.
