Job Title: Senior QA Specialist
Qatar Airways is seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the robustness and integrity of our IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement Assurance Programs: Design and implement comprehensive assurance programs to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct Risk Assessments and Internal Control Evaluations: Analyze business processes and procedures to identify risks and evaluate internal controls to ensure they are effective in mitigating those risks.
• Review and Test Controls: Review various processes and controls to identify risks, evaluate and test controls, and identify gaps for corrective measures.
• Collaborate with Senior Leaders: Work with senior leaders across QR IT to drive continuous improvements that directly benefit our customers.
• Present Findings and Recommendations Present review findings to IT Management through status updates and meetings, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of IT operations and assurance principles.

• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
