Job Title: Project Manager with Health Care Domain
Job Summary:
Metamorfs is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery and implementation of a Healthcare Management System (HMS) project. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare product implementation, Agile project management, and a strong understanding of healthcare maturity models and data standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the delivery of a complex healthcare project using Agile or Hybrid framework
• Implement multiple vendor healthcare products and ensure interoperability between them
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of healthcare data standards and communication protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other relevant data security regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• At least 4 years of experience in healthcare-specific projects
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
