A vacancy has arisen for a suitably qualified/ experienced Events and Contingency Planning Officer to join our busy Streetworks Team.
This post will be the main contact for any event being undertaken which will have an
effect on Shropshire Council’s highway. This will include events on private land or in
neighbouring authorities, but where traffic levels may affect our network.
This post will involve working with town and parish councils, charities, public bodies etc, to
assist where possible in planning and implementing traffic management for events.
