Job Description
As a successful Medical Representative - Dermato Cosmetics - East Flanders, you will have the following responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals, KOLs and stakeholders
• Identify new medical professionals prospects in the East Flanders region (Limburg, Antwerp and Flemish Brabant)
• Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales department
Products representation:
• Promote the dermato-cosmetics products to health professionals in East Flanders (Limburg, Antwerp and Flemish Brabant)
• Organise training and information sessions to share products features and advantages to medical professionals and KOLs
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products
• Continually update knowledge on product range and competitors within the dermato-cosmetics industry
Analysis and reporting:
• Provide feedback and reports to the Sales department on market trends and customer needs
• Analyse the performance of the East Flanders region and propose growing actions plan
The Successful Applicant
As a successful Medical Representative - Dermato Cosmetics - East Flanders, you will have the following profile:
• 2-3 years of experiences as Medical representative or Pharma representative
• Previous experience is selling dermato-cosmetics products is a plus
• A keen interest in the dermato-cosmetics industry, with a commitment to continually updating their knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with health professionals
• Strong negotiations and communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to be autonomous and to work independently
• Fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of French and English
