The Royal BVI Yacht Club is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic dinghy sailing instructor to join our team based in Tortola, British Virgin Islands.We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication and inter-personal skills. In addition to teaching youth and adult classes, duties include maintenance of club boats/equipment, organization of camps, regattas and fundraising activities. RYA (or equivalent) instructor, powerboat and first aid qualifications essential with a minimum of 3 years of experience post qualification. This is a full time position which does require working weekends and public holidays. Remuneration commensurate with experience and qualifications. Minimum contract 1 year.
