Summary
Main duties will centre around assisting the guests with arrivals and departures, making sure they have everything they need from housekeeping, groceries taxi bookings, and drinks on arrival.
What you will be doing:
• Running ice to yachts
• Luggage – assisting with arrivals and departure
• Groceries – making sure groceries are delivered to the right boat at the right time
• Linen – running linen from housekeeping to yachts
• Always assisting guests on the dock – directions, arranging taxis, and general questions
• Looking after the general welfare of all our guests at all times
• Keeping docks clear and tidy at all times
• Making sure there are always carts in the departure and arrival area
• Serving drinks on arrival
• Assisting the guests pre-charter and post-charter
• Always visible to the customer service team and in contact for relevant coordination
• Quality checking yachts
