Quantity Surveyor - British Virgin Islands - Buildings
Overview
An Quantity Surveyor is required in the British Virgin Islands, Caribbean by a leading contractor who specialises in building projects in the main contracting sector.
Our Client
Ping International Recruitment are working with a leading firm in the Caribbean who are looking for an Quantity Surveyor to work on a large building package and scope of works on a newly awarded development scheme. Our client is a specialist in buildings construction throughout the Caribbean region.
The Role
The role available is an Quantity Surveyor position which will report into the Project Manager and will lead all site QS and cost activity relating to works on site and will work closely with the Project Manager. The role will deal with local subcontractors, suppliers and cost management works.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 Years Experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Previous experience working in the Caribbean
- Construction Management Degree / BSc Quantity Surveying
- Experience in Building projects
- Experience internationally desirable but not essential
- Happy to lead a small site team
- Main contracting background.
Salary / Benefits
The role is available immediately and paying a NET salary in the region of $100,000k USD per annum plus benefits.
