ABOUT THE JOB:

As a Seasonal Customer Support Specialist, you are a very important part of our team. You get to be Santa’s helpers! Several of our clients experience high volume due to the upcoming holidays. Earn some holiday money without a long-term commitment. Join us for a couple of months! You will be fielding customer inquiries & finding innovative ways to respond using email, and phone calls. Working in a collaborative and engaging environment, you will have the chance to interact with people from all walks of life and no two days will be the same. You’re literally the voice of the brands we represent, and a strong relationship between our clients and their customers starts with you!

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collects information, and talks to customers via email, and phone to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Maintains and updates customer information as necessary.
• Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
• Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate after exhausting all methods.
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met, fostering loyalty and retention.
• Remain informed about our products or services to provide accurate information to customers by remaining as a subject matter expert via ongoing training and personal development.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services during customer interactions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred (ex. receptionist, community service, retail, front end restaurant, telemarketing, etc.).
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Amazing customer support presence (people can literally hear you smiling).
• Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens.
• Proven ability to work as a member of a team is required.
• Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently.
• Proven oral & written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience using computers, phones, and apps.
