【工作內容】
The position is accountable for supporting Production at SUSS MicroTec Taiwan to achieve output and quality targets in the most efficient and trouble-free way.
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you are responsible for the mechanical engineering sustain and redesign by specifying, realizing and qualifying the original design on Exposure system involving robotics, mechatronics, precision mechanics, mechanics and pneumatic design. Work on the Exposure redesign/reverse engineering project in Taiwan and transfer the technical design document to Asia standard for component localization and EoL(End of Life) request.
In depth knowledge of a mechanical Vault & Inventor & CAD System is essential for reaching the objectives of this job successfully.
Tasks:
- Design tasks for devices and equipment for semiconductor manufacturing
- Creation and technical evaluation of self-developed concepts and designs
- Creation of risk assessments, assembly and installation instructions, calculations and designs
- Creation of drawings, technical documents, parts lists and materials in SAP
- Design according to customer’s configuration and specification
- Other tasks are assigned by your supervisor
- Involved in ECR (Engineering Change Requests) and CIP (Continued Improvement Projects)
- Design must be in compliance with national and international regulations and standards.
- Communicate with our counterpart-location in United states.
- Production support in the assembly, purchasing support for technical queries

【相關條件】
- 工作經歷：5年以上
- 學歷要求：大學、碩士
- 公司產業：其他半導體相關業
- 科系要求：機械工程相關,機械維護相關,電機電子維護相關
- 語文條件：英文--聽 /精通、說 /精通、讀 /精通、寫 /精通
- 擅長工具：AutoCad 3D,SolidWorks,Inventor,SAP
- 工作技能：產品結構評估,產品機構設計,自動化機構裝配,機械產品設計,生產成本控制,協助改善產品良率,提出生產標準改良方案,自動化設備／系統介面之維護改善,工程預算編製與控理,工程圖識圖與繪圖,機械相關圖表繪製,繪製2D／3D模具設計圖
【其他條件】
- 其他：- Master Degree in Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics or Precision engineering
- Over 5 years’ experience as a designer of complex technical machines in special machine construction
- Experience using 3D CAD application or a similar CAD Software
- Experience using SAP and MS Office
- Very good English skills
- Willing to get trained in United States
- Excellent communication skills in both, verbal and writing
- Ideally Semiconductor Equipment Experience
- Good knowledge of FEM calculation is an advantage
