【工作內容】
Applied Materials has an exciting opportunity to join a world-class Process Diagnostics and Control Group (PDC). PDC is responsible for developing and manufacturing optical inspection and metrology technology, partnering with our customers taking them from concept to mass production, and achieving yield improvement continuously. We leverage cutting-edge technology and techniques and interface with multi-functional teams to take these solutions into high-volume production. Now, we are on a fast-growing curve in the market, have built relationships, and collaborated with customers to triple market share successfully. This position will globally manage Taiwan's leading customer, requires solid experience in the field of metrology, inspection, defect, and yield enhancement, and also play a critical role in PDC sales team to strengthen the product value toward the customer.
Key Responsibilities
1. As the account owner, represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
2. Identifies customer needs and develops/implements complex sales strategies
3. Calls on the existing customer to present Applied product and services offerings; coordinates customer demonstrations with product business group representatives
4. Communicate and present Applied Materials’ PDC product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer, as well as communicate and present the customer’s technology needs to product business group representatives
5. Prepares pricing quotes; negotiates to a final price and submits documentation to book order.
6. Conducts follow-up on accounts receivables
7. Maintains appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers. Maintains summaries of customer visits. Develops customer-specific action plans and completes them on a timely basis.

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, physics, or Optoelectronics
2. Above 10 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or business development for TSMC customer
3. Regarded as the technical expert in metrology, inspection, defect and yield enhancement
4. Strong communication skills and interpersonal presence that extend confidence and humility
5. Good command of oral and written English and Mandarin.
