We are currently seeking enthusiastic English teachers to join our dynamic team. As an English teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students aged 5-12. The class sizes are small, with an average of 7-15 students, allowing for personalized instruction and meaningful interactions. This position requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
• Design and prepare lesson plans tailored to the needs of young learners
• Assess and grade students' homework and assignments promptly
• Assist in organizing and supporting various school events and activities
• Provide training and guidance to students participating in competitions
• Collaborate and support local teachers in their English language instruction
Benefits:
• Competitive base salary: Full-time position - 75,000 NTD per month; Part-time position - 750 NTD per hour
• Performance-based raises and opportunities for advancement
• Attractive bonuses: Earn a bonus of 10,000-30,000 NTD every 90 days
• Contract completion bonus upon fulfilling the agreed-upon terms
• Assistance with obtaining an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) and work permit
• Health and labor insurance provided
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 1.5 years of teaching experience, preferably with young learners
• Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM
