• Facilitating meetings and cooperation among people, agencies, and organization
• Identifying problems in communications among these groups
• Collaborating and communicating with necessary constituents and public
• Conducting post-mortems when an incident is wrapped-up
• Attend bidding
• Get Notice of Award (NOA) at Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) for requirements.
• Give the attachments for NOA at DPWH/CEO
• Submit Notice of Award (NOA) approval to Bids and Awards Committee (BAC)
• Get approved NOA at BAC
• Submit the duplicate of approved NOA with attachments to DPWH/CEO
• Prepare TARP for site installation
12. Get PLAN at DPWH/CEOs or organizations.
