JOB DUTIES:
• Maintain and organize construction project documents, drawings, permits, and records. Ensure that documents are filed accurately and securely.
• Coordinate the process of obtaining permits and licenses required for construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Help manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Ensure that contracts are up-to-date and comply with company policies.
• Serve as a point of contact between construction teams, project managers, and other departments within the company. Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and resources for the construction office or site. Ensure that essential items are available as needed.
• Perform general office administrative tasks, such as answering phones, handling correspondence, and managing office facilities.
• Assist in quality control efforts by maintaining records and documentation related to construction quality standards.
• Generate various reports and presentations for management or project teams as required. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring that sufficient funds are available to cover operational expenses, payrolls, and project-related costs.
• Efficiently manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory levels to optimize working capital and minimize financing costs.
• Manage day-to-day banking operations, including cash disbursements, wire transfers, and bank statement reconciliations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Any 4 year Business Course
• At least one year work experience
• Resourceful and hardworking
• Can start asap
