Specific Duties:
• Receives stocks upon delivery
• Ensure that all delivered stocks are properly displayed based on merchandising standards
• Sells products, welcomes and greet all customers
• Stimulate product off-take by installing authorized POP materials (tarpaulin, posters, banners, mobiles, etc.) in the designated area of the assigned outlet; negotiates for strategic shelf position (high traffic, eye level, besides leading brand) and for wider shelf facing.
• Conducts physical inventory count as part of the Inventory Team
• Helps Office Staff in reconciling material discrepancies in the inventory when necessary
• Monitors and ensures immediate delivery of stocks to assigned outlet

• Facilitate withdrawal of overstocks, BO and non-moving items.
• Ensures maintenance and safety of our stocks to avoid charges on loses
• Ensure sufficient stock level (1 month for city and 3 months for out of town) to avoid over-stocks or out of stocks
• Performs other responsibilities as may be assigned by Company Management and its authorized staff or/and Management and authorized personnel of the assigned outlet
