Job Description:
- Recruit, Train and Manage Sales Associates;
- Facilitates sales transactions and documentations
- Updates and maintain the MLS (Multi Listing Service)
- Manage and updates the Social Media Platforms and Marketing
- Entertains and accommodate client queries and concerns
- Update office records
Job Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or any related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
Skills:
• Excellent Communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing property-related issues.
• Attention to detail, particularly in handling property documentation.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with property matters.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
