Variance Trading Corporation is one of the leading distributors of high-quality medical equipment and consumable nationwide.

We are urgently in need of a Strategic Accounts Specialist for BOHOL Area who shares the same goals and passion in providing high-quality healthcare products and services in developing health status and quality life.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Preferably Graduate of BS Medical Technology, BS Nursing, Biochemistry (Other medical courses)
• Business and other Courses are encourage to apply
• PRC License is an advantage but not required
• A minimum of 1-2 years of previous sales experience in medical devices preferred.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Good verbal communicator and presenter
• Self-motivated and positive
• Outgoing and friendly: Enthusiastic, energetic
• “Can do” attitude

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve the business goals including revenue, inventory review, sales forecasting, and business growth for all product portfolio.
• Provides weekly business review to exhibit achievement of sales goals in all assigned accounts. Present monthly business review to the RSM, NSM or whenever the management requires the review.
• Ensure technical competency on a given Product and support all cases independently on designated territory. Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained.
• Conduct weekly product education presentations to Hospital Staff and ensure knowledge is transferred in an impactful manner leading to changes in behavior and product usage
• Provide technical back up with the end-users and technical supports, as required.
• Monitor competitive activity in the field and develop strategies and tactics to deal effectively
• Gather market intelligence as an audit on hospital usage, competitor products and pricing, also continual updates on general competitive activities to pass on to Business Unit Manager.
• Complete surveys which provide assessment of customer satisfaction of Key markets and accounts
