Training Management System:
• Crew Orientation
• Crew Individual Development Plan (IDP)
• TMS Implementation
• Crew examinations
• TMS Audit
Admin:
• F&B systemwide memo
• Marketing support- social media posting
• Implementation of RHS standards
• Completion of training materials
• Availability of product manuals
• Availability of service manuals
• R& D Support: New product costing/costing calibration
