Good day all,
Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a HR Specialist (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Atyrau, 5\2 . We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.
Brief Job Description:
Performs the administration of staff records
Processes incoming information from assigned departments and employees
Completes the hiring, transfer and termination of employees in accordance with labor law, regulations and orders as well as other established personnel documentation
Creates HR orders in the e-system
Forms and maintains personal records of employees, makes changes related to employment process
Fills out, records and stores workbooks, calculates work experience
Issues statements of current and past employment of employees
Keeps records of employee vacations, monitors compliance with vacation schedule
Maintains a file and records of registration of employees eligible to military service
Job Specification and requirements:
Kazakhstan citizenship
Higher education (legal is preferable)
Work Experience at least 2 years in that regard (work experience in SAP )
Knowledge of RoK Labour Code
Good knowledge of MS Office
Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English- intermediate level
